Aziza is highly experienced and specialises in residential tenancy law, commercial tenancy law, tenant-owner law issues, and property faults, tenant-ownership, and construction contracts. Since 2015, she has represented clients – almost exclusively property owners – in these areas before rent tribunals and during negotiations in courts of law. Aziza also lectures for courses in residential and commercial tenancy law, and regularly writes articles in her areas of expertise.
