Property transfers and development

We regularly assist in the transfer and development of everything from office, residential, and retail premises, to logistics facilities and other properties. Our assistance can range from playing an active role in the entire transaction, by drawing up contracts, conducting negotiations, and assisting in conjunction with taking possession, to acting as advisors on individual components of a transaction. The cases we handle include:

• Transfers of individual properties or portfolios through corporate transactions or through property transfers
• Transfers of properties on which building work is planned (transactions known as forward purchase or forward funding)
• Transfers of land on which amendments are made to detailed development plans to enable land development (known as building permits)
• Setting up corporate structures, cost estimates, economic plans, and the requisite documentation throughout the process in connection with tenant-owner apartment newbuilds
• Tenant-owner premises conversions
• Transfers through appointment as trustees at public auctions.
